We accept order cancellation before the product is produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already produced.
Returns and Exchange (if applicable)
Please contact your account manager or customer service team for any product issues within seven days of receiving the parcel.
Unionfab agreed to return and exchange the products if:
1. Unionfab strictly complies with the quality standards of the People’s Republic of China. If the product issue is verified and caused by Unionfab, we will manage the return or re-production for you
2. Products that need to be returned or reproduced can be processed within seven days from the reproduction confirmation date. (Shipping time varies based on each location)
Unionfab will not accept returns and exchanges if the issues are out of Unionfab control, such as:
1. Moisture, discolouration or other issues after the product is delivered and received
2. Insufficient number of returned products
3. Error caused by user
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify
1. Refund Rules: Once Unionfab has confirmed on refund, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
2. Refund Period: Refund will be sent to your original payment method within 15 working days. If you have not received the refund after the standard time frame, please contact Unionfab account manager or customer service for more information.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com .
