Somos PerFORM

Unionfab PerFORM can mold composite parts with high strength, high stiffness and excellent high temperature resistance on standard 355 nm stereolithography (SLA) equipment. The material has a low viscosity, which helps improve printing processing efficiency. Its sidewall quality is excellent, and its detail resolution is better than other similar composite light-curing materials.

High-temp-150D resin is a red, transparent, low-viscosity liquid stereolithography (SLA) resin. Its molded parts have excellent high-temperature resistance and can be used at temperatures up to 150°C under no-load conditions. Its toughness is slightly worse than other industrial prototyping materials, and it is not suitable for printing thin-walled parts of 0.3 mm and below. It is suitable for printing temperature-resistant samples such as rapid molds and electroplating. The material is particularly suitable for making high-resolution, strong models and is widely used in industries that have strict requirements on temperature resistance, such as high-temperature baking paint, electroplating processes and rapid mold manufacturing.
