Unionfab Referral Program - Terms and Conditions

Overview:

Refer colleagues by sharing your unique invite link. Send each referral "Free 3D Printing" in a coupon towards their first Unionfab order, and you'll earn $10.00 per referral in credits for use on order(s), and 3% Cashback credits on your referee's six months orders. 

Terms and Conditions

• The amount of $10.00 in Unionfab credits will be granted to "referrers" (those who send a referral) for each eligible "referred user" or "referee" (users who receive the referral).
• The referrer automatically earns credits only when a referred user creates an account successfully.
• The referred user must be an eligible new user. A new user is defined as any individual who does not have a registered account with Unionfab and has not purchased custom parts from Unionfab. New users can be affiliated with a company already a customer of Unionfab.
• 3% Cashback Credits cannot be earned on cancelled orders from referees.
• Referral Credits are only redeemable at $50 per order (at Max.)
• Referral Credits are ONLY redeemable on the order value (Printing Cost) of custom manufactured parts (quoted through a sales representative or by sending an email to hello@unionfab.com) or
• Cashback credits are ONLY redeemable In Cash or Unlimited Order Value (use as you wish on printing cost).
• Free 3D Printing is only redeemable at a printing cost of $20.00 (One Time). If your first order is over $20.00, you are allowed to redeem $20.00 off the total printing cost.
• Credits or coupons are not valid towards taxes, shipping, or tariff.
• Credits expire 18 months after issuance.
• Coupons cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Cash Back Credit can be redeemed for Cash; kindly note that 10% of the Total Amount shall be deducted for transfer and service fees.
• An unlimited number of Referrers is allowed.

• Free 3D Printing is only redeemable at a printing cost of $20.00 (One Time). If your first order is over $20.00, you are allowed to redeem $20.00 off the total printing cost.

Do credits expire?

• Credits expire after 18 months from issuance.

Does Free 3D Printing expire?

• Free 3D Printing expires after 1 month from issuance.

Can I use my credits in conjunction with a promotional code?

• Credits cannot be used at the same time as other offers like coupon codes or special promotions.

How do I know how many credits I have?

• You can see how many credits and credits history on your account page. 

Can Cash Back credits be used for Shipping or Taxes Fees?

• No, Cashback Credits are only redeemable In Cash or Unlimited Order Value (use as you wish on printing cost)
